Pagination: catalog searches return up to 50 matches; billing history returns up to 25 records per page (20 for sales).

Promotion codes load when this tab is opened.
Build an invoice from an existing customer and an authorized catalog selection. Creating the invoice does not issue entitlement; after receiving payment outside the gateway, record it from the invoice details page to settle and fulfill the purchase.
Generate invoice
Selections are customer-scoped and checked again by the server when the invoice is created.
Direct invoices
Search invoices, then open one to download its PDF, acknowledge payment, cancel it, or inspect fulfillment.
